Story:
  A super villain that comes from the MEPPverse.  He was once part of a project meant to take a particular engine community by storm, only to have his cohorts abandon him and the project without warning, leaving seemingly for greener pastures.  He watched them go to form their new universe and reveled in their failure when things didn't go as planned, all the while he stayed behind and continued to grow more and more powerful.  When they finally managed to make their own universe from scratch, he then breached the rift between realities to wage war on their creations:  "YOU COULD'VE BEEN AS GODS!  NOW I WILL ELIMINATE EVERY SINGLE PEANUT BUTTER-JELLY CREATION YOU'VE MADE!!!"  He now wages war on the strongest fighters with ease, before challenging the would be gods themselves. 


Playstyle:

Ramirez is a rushdown MONSTER.  His arsenal gear gimmick allows him to use moves that maintains his proximity to stay in the opponent's face for absurd rushdown.  There's a limit to this gimmick, as well as an extension.  He starts the match with 3 bars that deplenish when using his arsenal moves.  He can regain 3 of his stocks when completely out by not making contact with the opponent for a full second.  He can also gain additional stocks by hitting with his arsenal attacks, to a combined accumulative of 12 stocks.  This allows him rushdown that you wouldn't believe, and if you do not anticipate which arsenal attack he's going to use, and hit him out of it, you may be stuck in block stun indefinitely, and may get chipped out...... even from the start of the match!

    Arsenal

    -         Warhead – A dash with a charging jab similar to Terry Bogard’s Burn Knuckle.  Extra stun on counterhit.

    -         Torpedo – A dash sliding kick like Guy’s that launches the opponent.

    -         Cluster – A dash into multi hit punch and kick combination like Kenshiro’s Hyakuretsuken

    -         Dud – A dash that ends abruptly

    -         MERV – A dash that ends with a somewhat laggy jumping overhead like Rock Howard’s Dunk.  Extra stun on counterhit

    -         Napalm - A dash that ends with a command grab (possible combo afterwards), adds 6 stocks

    -        CHAFF - A crossup similar to Rock Howard's run up blindside, that can end in either dud, Merv, torpedo or cluster.

    o       All physical attacks from arsenal create large frame advantages

    Dynamite – An explosive spinning lariat.

    C4 (Collision Force) – A backdash that leaves an explosion in place.

    Pyro – A counter that launches opponent in the air.  Counters any physical attack, absorbs projectiles.  Can only be thrown or supered.

 

 

Supers

T.N.T.  (Thunder Nega Trigger) – Full screen instantaneous lightning bolt.  3 hits, massive damage if done raw.

 

Megid – Full screen multiple explosions (36).  Breaks guard on 15th hit.  95% damage on raw hit.  50 – 45% damage on broken guard hit.  Hidden Boss mode only move.
